My Test Certs Gas / Certificates
Fifteen layouts based on the forms engineers already know. Each has unlimited appliances, your own logo and your Gas Safe details on every page, and both you and the customer sign on screen.

A quick visual assessment of each appliance: flue, ventilation, stability, location and flame picture.
The annual landlord’s gas safety record: every appliance, every check, defects and actions, signed by you and the tenant or landlord.

Write up what is wrong, add a line for each part or job with its price, and give the customer a quote before you leave. Add VAT if you charge it. Same logo, same details, same PDF or email.
Keep notes against each customer’s property: parts needed, things to check next visit. Tick them off when done, and the open ones show when you start the next job there.
Save a customer once, with each of their addresses. Next year’s certificate starts with the details already in.
CP numbers refer to the layout of familiar industry forms. My Test Certs Gas is independent and is not made or approved by the Gas Safe Register or the HSE. More layouts are being added.
