Gas Safe registered engineers in the UK, whether you work alone or run a team. You need to be Gas Safe registered to issue gas certificates.
You can use it in place of paper pads. The layouts follow the familiar forms. For your own peace of mind, check any form you rely on against the Gas Safe Register and HSE guidance.
No. My Test Certs Gas is an independent product. It is not made, approved or endorsed by the Gas Safe Register or the HSE.
It runs in your phone browser today, on both. Versions for Google Play and the App Store are coming soon.
The app opens without signal and saves your work on the phone. It syncs when you are back online.

Yes. Upload it once in your settings and it is printed on every page of every certificate, with your name, Gas Safe ID and company details.
Tap Send by email. The customer gets a secure link to the certificate with your details, and you get a copy. For quotes, they also get Accept and Decline buttons.
Yes. You sign, then the customer signs and prints their name on the same screen. If they are not there, leave that blank.
Yes. After you stop subscribing you can still log in to view, print and download them, and download them all in one go. We keep them for 24 months and email you before they are deleted.
Yes. Write up what is wrong, add a line for each part or job with its quantity and price, and the app works out the total. You can add VAT if you charge it. The quote gets its own reference number, carries your logo and details, and can be saved as a PDF or emailed to the customer like a certificate.
Yes. Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one tap, or start a new one. It has its own number (INV-0001, INV-0002 and so on), your logo, a due date and your bank details so the customer knows where to pay. Email it, print it, and mark it paid when the money arrives. The app does not take payments itself: your customer pays you by bank transfer.
Notes you keep against each customer’s property: parts needed, things to check on the next visit, anything you do not want to forget. Tick them off when they are done, and the open ones are shown when you start a new certificate or quote for that address.
Yes. Notes belong to a property, so a customer with three addresses has three separate lists.
You get 14 days with unlimited certificates. You add a card to start, nothing is charged for 14 days and we email you before the trial ends.
If you do nothing, your card is charged and you carry on. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
Yes. If you cancel, your certificates stay available to view, print and download for 24 months.
No. Every plan includes unlimited certificates.
Yes. Add engineers to your company account. From two engineers the price is £9 each per month, and each engineer signs in with their own details. Running 50 or more? Ask us for a free quotation.
On servers in the EU. Each company’s records are kept separate. You can delete your account at any time, and if you simply stop paying we keep your records for 24 months before deleting them.
Only people you add to your company account. We do not sell or share your customers’ details. See our privacy notice.
